We’re re-imagining how Recruiters and Employers work together.

January 27, 2023

We’re very excited to announce our latest update. We’ve completely redesigned our platform from the ground up. Our goal was simple: we believe that adding transparency and in-depth data intelligence while making it more friendly to use is the best way to help recruiters like you accomplish more success and earn more commissions.

New Features

All-new Job Board and “My Jobs”: We’ve redesigned the UI around how job information is displayed and organised.

Improved Analytics: We’ve added two new stats to each job:

  • Total in Review: This tracks the total number of candidates that are pending review by the client. It helps you to have a good picture of how dry a client’s candidate pipeline is. When this number is low, you’d know it’s time to resume the search!
  • First interviews: This tracks the total number of candidates that client has interviewed for a job. It provides a good hint on how active the client is.

A New look for your recruiter profile: First impressions counts! Your recruiter profile on Find Recruiter is critical because it’s often the first place a new client sees about you. Remember to keep your profile updated here

Improved mobile experience: It’s now easier to check in with your clients and follow up on your candidates while you’re on the run.

And there is more…

The new look of Find Recruiter gives the team at Find Recruiter a better foundation to add new intelligence while keeping it friendly to you. We’d be releasing more features in the next few weeks. Some of you may receive the update earlier than others. Stay tuned!
